Final Outcomes – Review of the Liquor Act 2008
The review of the Liquor Act was finalised and passed by the Queensland Parliament in September 2008. The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation published a summary of the changes in October. The document includes the self-assessment table licensees can use to calculate the annual liquor fees which will be payable from 1 January 2009.
